1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of IT services and consulting by Dallas Tech Pros ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services or using our website you agree to these Terms.

2. Services and estimates

We provide managed services, break/fix support, project work and advisory services. Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time; actual costs may vary for unforeseen work. Written quotes control unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and necessary access to systems to allow us to perform services.
• Maintain backups of critical data unless backup services are explicitly provided by us.

4. Payment

Invoices are due within the term shown on the invoice (typically 14 or 30 days). Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services. Payment terms are set in the written service agreement or invoice.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client data and credentials as confidential. We will not disclose confidential information except as required by law or with client consent. Clients should not provide credentials or data that are unnecessary for the requested work.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising out of or related to services is limited to the total amount paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Warranties

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services as provided in the service agreement. Outstanding fees for work performed prior to termination remain payable.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, unless another jurisdiction is agreed in writing.
